MBA Student Requests

A ticketing system is maintained to keep track of requests addressed to the MBA office for prompt handling and prioritizing. This is one further step to the automation and systematizing of services.

The MBA office receives all student requests (To Whom It May Concern letters, Add/Drop/Swap classes, Exceptions, Final Exam timetable, or other requests) through the ProcessMaker system.

Students can create their ticket/request by logging in


Note: Please allow one to two days for your request to be processed.

Note: The MBA office will no longer accept verbal requests or email requests, all requests have to be submitted through this system.
